EXPERIENCE:
Thirty-five years of experience in the real estate field including commercial sales and leasing brokerage, investment analysis, commercial & residential property management, commercial appraising, and residential rehab.
Licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida since 2003. Buyer’s Broker for $25 million purchase of Heron Bay office complex in Coral Springs, Florida. Managed and leased office complex for 8 years.
Primary analytical experience includes fifteen years as Vice-President at Kirkland & Company Real Estate Appraisers and Consultants appraising all types of real estate including Residential (condominiums development, subdivisions, and apartment projects), Commercial (office buildings, shopping centers, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and hotels), Industrial Facilities (warehouse/distribution, flex, and manufacturing), and various types of land. Qualified to perform discounted cash flows using ARGUS.
Appraised properties in 28 states ranging widely from vacant land totaling $250,000 in market value to one of the top 5 regional malls in the country totaling $400,000,000 in market value.
